I'm still using Microsoft Office with no problems on Mountain Lion I have been reading the various posts and work arounds but they seem to advise on later versions of Office example These posts seem to be old ones and mention that Apple and Microsoft are working together to sort compatiible all out. Hopefully they've done so by now!

If you're thinking about updating to Sierra, I suggest you have a back-up or a more Sierra-friendly version of Microsoft Office handy just to be safe. However, if you are planning on running Sierra on a i-Mac there may be a problem. See the hardware requirements at this Apple page.

As I've upgraded my computers the first Entourage issue appeared with macOS Entourage refused tree launch from its Dock icon. I found a workabout on the MS Office:Mac forums. Remove the Entourage icon from the Dock and com;atible make an alias of the Entourage app and place it on the desktop. I put mine right above the Dock for easy access.
Now I have to double-click источник launch Entourage but it is not a serious handicap. I have noticed Entourage launch times are a little slower considering the wierra is still a fast computer. However, it is the thought of losing Co,patible that has held me back from taking the desktop to Sierra.
